OpenRelay Development - V0.3 Release

After a few more weeks of development we're one again pleased to announce a new version, V0.3! In V.03 we have a semi-working system which includes the following:

Key Management and key pushing to peer.to

Resource file management

Heartbeat and CPU stats broadcasting

Translations from English to Spanish, Czech, Ukranian, and Klingon

Node discovery and file uploading

And much much more! so go ahead and pull a copy from git and read the documentation here.
